1. Click the ‘Download’ button below to download our ‘Remote Support Client’. A small file will be downloaded.
2. From your web browser’s ‘Downloads’ menu, choose to ‘Run’ the new file.
3. A new window should appear asking you to input a session code. We will provide this to you.
4. Once the code is typed in click the ‘Join’ button. This will initiate the remote connection.
5. If using a Windows computer, you will be prompted with “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device”. Please press ‘Yes’ to allow it.
