Remote Support

Please click the button below to launch ‘Quick Assist’ on your Windows computer. A WITS team member will then give you a code in order to provide remote assistance. Before doing this, please make sure you close down anything on your computer you do not wish for us to see.

If the button above does not open anything then that most likely means ‘Quick Assist’ is not installed on your computer. To install it ‘click here’Once the web page loads click the blue ‘Get in Store app’ button. This should load the Microsoft Store on your computer. You can install ‘Quick Assist’ from there.

Alternatively you can open the ‘Microsoft Store’ app on your Windows computer and search for it from there.

Please note, this method of remote assistance will only work on a computer with Windows 10 or above installed. 

If you are using a Windows computer and are having trouble with ‘Quick Assist’ or are running a version older than Windows 10, please click the button below to download the latest version of TeamViewer. A WITS team member can guide you through the installation process.

Once TeamViewer is installed, you will just need to provide WITS with ‘Your ID’ & ‘Password’ which is shown on the TeamViewer main screen.
